The Activu Advantage Program provides technical support for maintaining your system. Our programs offer a full range of services for on-site and remote support of all hardware and software. The Activu Advantage Program is available at three levels: Platinum, Gold and Silver.

Activu offers direct access to a dedicated support team to reduce the risk of downtime. Support and maintenance is available through the lifetime of your system with options for onsite routine maintenance and emergency repairs, remote diagnosis (where remote access is available), online support and unlimited phone support. Activu can service all aspects of your installation including hardware, software and network integration.* Remote diagnosis can be provided with full network isolation to meet client security protocols.

Our support program includes:

A secure, easy-to-use web portal interface is accessible for all clients. You will receive prompt responses to all inquiries from our dedicated support team. Through this tool, you can:
